The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within our warehouse and showroom environments, including handling incoming deliveries, stock management, showroom alterations & decoration along with general maintenance duties. This role requires a versatile individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent organisational and general maintenance skills. Main Responsibilities
• Receiving and organising incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and stock management.
• Booking in stock and maintaining inventory records to ensure efficient stock control.
• Performing alterations and maintenance tasks in showrooms, including but not limited to product display adjustments, decorating, painting and wallpapering.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure showroom layouts are optimized for product presentation and customer experience.
• Assisting in the distribution centre as needed, including picking, assembling and loading orders (for example, to cover holidays or sickness)
• Participating in regular stock takes and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Providing support to other departments and team members as required. Profile
• Previous experience in a warehouse or maintenance environment preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in basic maintenance tasks such as painting, decorating, and wallpapering.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of stock management systems and basic computer skills preferred.
• Flexible to travel and work at various group locations, as needed
• Positive attitude with a ‘Can DO’ approach
• Further training and development available for the right candidate (such as a City & Guilds Level 2 Electricians Course)

Salary: Competitive Basic + Commission realistic OTE £40k

Your Role As a Sales Expert Will Involve: * Using your natural ability to build rapport with our customers to advise them on their home furnishings. * Selling branded luxurious furniture, beds, flooring & cabinetry. * Taking customers through the sales process and completing the required paperwork. Working closely with your store colleagues to ensure we offer every customer a "wonderfully different" experience, you will have ongoing coaching and support throughout your time with us, giving you every opportunity to succeed, progress and build your perfect career.

Skills needed: We are looking for a Sales Expert with pride, passion and a positive can do attitude, devoted to delivering impeccable customer service with professionalism, ensuring our customers have an outstanding store experience. Driven to achieve your sales targets. You will enjoy engaging with customers and can adapt your approach as appropriate to build rapport and establish their needs. Ideally you will have/are working in a sales orientated furniture retail background, and have confident communication skills, being able to spot sales opportunities and be resilient and resourceful when you need to be, daring to try new things to help your store succeed.
