The following information applies only to orders placed via the Lee Longlands website or via the order hotline.
Whether it’s a lamp table, bedframe, wardrobe or dining set, if you’re not happy with the item just let us know within 14 days of receiving it. We will collect the item and refund all money paid, including standard delivery.
For small items that have been posted we ask that you wrap the goods securely and send them back to us via a recorded mail service.
For health and hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on the following items unless unopened and sealed in original packaging or if faulty. Mattresses, mattress toppers or protectors, duvets, pillows.

If you have had to select a fabric, wood finish or have used your own material then the item is bespoke. Bespoke items may not be cancelled by you, either before or after delivery. We are under no obligation to accept returned bespoke items, however at our discretion we may do so with a restocking fee of 35% of the order.
