Conveniently situated in the heart of the town centre, the store offers easy access with nearby parking, making it simple for customers to visit and explore at their leisure.

Ground Floor – Recently refreshed with a striking new look, the Carpet Department welcomes customers with a comprehensive choice of quality flooring. Alongside this, a range of contemporary sofas and cabinet furniture is displayed, beautifully complemented by eye-catching lighting and stylish accessories.
First Floor – This floor brings a more traditional and timeless feel, featuring classic sofas, elegant dining ranges, and bedroom cabinet furniture. Perfect for those seeking heritage-inspired interiors with enduring appeal.
Second Floor – Dedicated to modern living, this floor showcases sleek leather upholstery, contemporary dining and bedroom collections, and the exclusive Stressless Studio. A wide choice of beds is also available, catering to every budget and comfort preference.
Sam has over 40 years of experience in the retail industry, starting his career as a sales assistant and becoming Regional Operations Manager (ROM) for Comet. In this role, he was responsible for over 20 stores in the West Midlands for 12 years during his 27 years with the company. He also served as a regional manager for Maplin Electronics for 4 years, earning numerous awards throughout his successful journey with both organisations.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys watching a variety of sports, particularly football, cricket and boxing. Growing up in Small Heath, Birmingham, he has a distinct “Brummie accent” and is a loyal supporter of Birmingham City, proudly identifying as a true Bluenose. In addition to his passion for sports, Sam loves socialising with friends and, most importantly, spending quality time with his family.
Sam loves working at Lee Longlands because it is a fourth-generation family-run business that prioritises its employees and places the customer experience at the heart of everything.

There are several car parks 5-10 minutes' walk from the showroom, including Covent Garden and St Peters multi-storey car parks.
Leamington Spa station - our showroom is a 10-15 minute walk from the station. Come out onto High Street and turn left onto Lower Avenue. Go left at Avenue Road and cross the River Leam to Dormer Place. Follow Bedford Street until you reach the showroom. The showroom is on your left.
