Recliner Sofas

A recliner sofa let you put your feet up without a separate footstool. Our range covers 2 seater, 3 seater and larger sofas from G Plan, Stressless, ercol, Himolla and Parker Knoll.

Power or manual?

Most of our recliner sofas are power operated. A motor moves the the back and footrest at the touch of a button, and you can stop at any point. They need to be near a plug socket.

Which seats recline?

If varies by model. On many sofas the two end seats recline separately and any middle seat is fixed. Check the product page to see which seats move.

Extra features

Some power recliners have a headrest and lumbar support that adjust separately from the seat, so you can sit up to read or watch television while your legs are raised. Other options in our range include USB ports and built- in heat.

How much space do you need?

A recliner sofa needs more room behind it for the back to tilt and room in front for the footrest. Check the dimensions on the product page before you measure up. If the sofa has to sit close to a wall, ask about the wall hugger designs, which slide forward as they recline and need less space behind.
