A hand-woven build on Action primary backing with cotton cloth secondary gives dimensional stability and a natural drape over subfloors. At 5 m width, rooms lay with fewer joins, while the dense build (pile weight 3,400 g/m²; total 4,400 g/m²) provides a quietly luxurious underfoot feel. Rated Heavy Domestic (23) / Heavy Commercial (33) with Cfl-s1 fire class; colourfastness and wear ratings are all high (≥5). With a TOG 0.98, it’s straightforward to plan alongside underfloor heating—just confirm the combined system TOG with your UFH/underlay supplier.

Care & installation tips
Vacuum regularly , blot spills with clean water first, and patch-test any cleaner. Avoid supermarket spot products containing peroxide/bleach. Schedule fitting after other trades and keep subfloors dust-free—fine dust from some wood fillers (benzoyl-peroxide based) can settle on carpets and create pink discoloration. Professional clean every 12–18 months.
