Comfort begins with a zigzag spring seat suspension, helping provide a supportive and responsive foundation, while the back uses 2-inch webbing for flexible support. 

The Baxter features loose seat and back cushions, making it easier to reposition and maintain the cushions over time. The manufacturer's specification lists a combination of foam, feather and fibre within the seat cushioning, while the back cushions use feather and fibre for a softer, more relaxed feel.
