Covid-19 Update

Our Showrooms

Sadly, all of our stores will be temporarily closed from Tuesday 24th March due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus. The Government is reviewing its decision in 21 days but we hope to be welcoming customers back into our showrooms from Wednesday 15th April 2020.

 

Delivery of my furniture items

Please rest assured that your orders are safe and will be fulfilled.

Following the latest advice from Government and Public Health England regarding non-essential travel and services, we have temporarily suspended delivery and collection services for new orders for a period of three weeks. After this time and, following latest Government advice, deliveries and collections will operate as usual, assuming travel restrictions have been lifted.

If you have an existing order, please call our customer service team between 10am – 5pm Monday – Friday on 0121 600 5407 or email service@leelonglands.com.

Your patience is appreciated as we work through existing orders. We aim to respond within 48 hours as the team are working remotely.

Once our operations are back to normal, we will call to arrange delivery. There will be some delays with your delivery as suppliers have also be forced to close but rest assured as soon as we are back we will do everything to get you your furniture to you as quickly as possible.

Please let us know if you’re self-isolating or do not want to come into contact with a delivery driver and we will rebook delivery for at least 14 days later.

 

Online Orders

While our showrooms are closed you can still place orders online and enjoy the great offers. We will not process your order while we are closed so, we will not take any deposit from your debit or credit card until we are back. Once we are back we will contact you to re-confirm your order and then process your deposit at that time. Sorry for any inconvenience but we don’t wish to take any order until we know our supply chain is fully functional and we can continue to delivery in our normal white glove manner.
